More than 100 vendors call Pelican Row home, each with something different to offer. Tell us what you sell and how much space you need, and we’ll let you know where the waiting list stands.

Inquire about a booth
Booths fill as they come free and we keep a waiting list, so the earliest step is simply telling us about yourself. Let us know what you sell and roughly how much space you’re after.

Vendor hours
These are the times vendors can get to their booths to stock, price and tidy:
- Wednesday
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Thursday
- 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturday
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Sunday
- 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Booth rent and fees
- Rent: $175 a month for a standard 10 × 10. Other sizes are available — inquire about sizes and pricing.
- Commission: 20% of sales
Getting paid
We ring up every sale at the register and pay out once a month, within the first week of the month.
Booth term
- Length: month to month
- Notice to leave: 30 days
- Waiting list: we contact people as space frees up
Looking after your booth
- Vendors price and tag their own items.
- Every item should be clearly tagged with your booth number, a short description, and the price.
- We try not to duplicate booths, so please clear the general type of item you plan to sell with admin first. If there is already a purse booth, for example, we would not want purses sold in the booth beside it.
- Keep the aisles clear.
Risk and insurance
Vendors sell at their own risk and Pelican Row is not liable. We are not responsible for theft, and vendors are expected to carry their own insurance.
