Return Policy
Everything at Pelican Row is sold as-is, and all sales are final. Here’s what that means before you buy.
Items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns.
This is the same policy that's posted in the store. If you're reading before a visit and something isn't clear, please ask us first.
What "as-is" means
Almost everything at Pelican Row is secondhand or an estate piece. Items are sold in the condition they're in on the day you buy them, with the wear, marks and repairs that come with age. That's part of what makes them what they are, and it's reflected in the price.
Before you buy
Because sales are final, please take your time. Look a piece over, open the drawers, check it from every side, and ask us anything you want to know. We'd far rather answer questions first than have you get something home and be disappointed.
If you'd like a closer look at something and we can help you move it or get to it, just ask.
Items sold by vendors
Most of what you'll find belongs to the independent vendors who rent our booths. The item is theirs, and we ring up the sale on their behalf. The same policy applies: sold as-is, and no returns.
If something isn't right
Come and speak to us in the store. We can't take an item back, but we'd still rather hear about it than not.
